Synopsis
My top three priorities:
my daughter
playing hockey
a college education
Add in a few hours working a part-time job, and my days are pretty packed. But does that stop me from pursuing Tate Winchester?
Nope, not even a little.
Until she turns me down for a date.
To her credit, she has a lot on her plate. She’s new to our small town, she works a full-time job, and she’s a single mom to my daughter’s new friend. Our relationship initially stems from playdates for the kids, but I’ll take time with her any way I can. However, the more time we spend together, the more I want that date.
A plan forms in my mind, and though life never goes according to how I envision, I’m determined to make this happen.
If–when–she finally agrees, I hope I don’t puck up the plans…
