A-Z Reading Challenge: A Book for Every Letter

Welcome to the ultimate A-Z Reading Challenge extravaganza!
I’ve always loved a good reading challenge, and this year, I’m taking on one of my favorites—the A-Z reading challenge! It’s such a fun way to explore a wide variety of books, pushing me to pick up titles I might not have considered otherwise. I’ve put together a list of recommendations to help you tackle this challenge. Let’s dive in and see how many letters we can cross off together!

how to play

Read a Book that begins with each letter of the alphabet + track it.

There are two ways to go about choosing a book:

1. Use a book with “the”, “a”, or “an” as the first word and omit it, using the second word as your letter. i.e. The Umbrella Company → disregard the word “the” and use Umbrella as your U letter book.

2. A little more of a challenge, but totally doable, use only books that start with the letter you are reading but it can’t start with “the”, “a”, or “an”. i.e. The Umbrella Company would fulfill the letter “T”.

Some ideas for keeping track of your reads may include using a reading tracker, a notebook, a reading journal, Goodreads, or if your a Notion user like me, grab a free template here → A-Z Reading Challenge Tracker
